ORIENTAL DELIGHT TENDER TURKEY BITES

Cooking time: about 15 minutes
Servings : 4
Ingredients:
- Turkey breasts strips (1 lb)
- 1 can (990 ml) Canton fondue bouillon ORIENTAL DELIGHT flavour
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) canola oil
- 1 cup (250 ml) celery, diagonally sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) onions
- 1 cup (250 ml) carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1 cup (250 ml) mushrooms (shiitake or white mushrooms), thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) sesame oil (optional)
- 5 tbsp (75 ml) cornstarch
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) cold water
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh coriander or basil, minced
Preparation:
- Sauté turkey strips in very hot oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Add onion, celery, carrots, mushrooms and sesame oil and cook 5 minutes over medium high heat. Add bouillon and bring to a boil.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water and add to the pan, mixing vigorously to prevent lumps.
- Add herbs and simmer 2 minutes longer.
Serve with jasmine rice or another rice of your choice.
